1. Processing Time

Custom orders: Production typically takes 5–10 business days after final design approval.

Rush orders: Available on select products for an additional fee (contact us before ordering).

Pre-made items: Ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping usually takes:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: 10–21 business days depending on customs and destination
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Provide photos of the packaging and product (for damage claims).
We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement if eligible.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery or replacements.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.
